Low Carb High Fat Diet – Which One
A low carb high fat diet seems totally opposed to what we’ve been
hearing for years. We have been told a diet high in fat and protein is not
healthy, can lead to heart disease, kidney failure and other health
problems. However proponents of these diets say eating low carb will keep
you healthy and reduce the risk of heart attacks. Who is right?
Unfortunately there is no conclusive evidence either way.
