Snack – Atkins Chocolate Slushie, 2 carb grams
Dinner - Crustless Quiche, 7 carb grams
Dessert – Chocolate Cake, 2 carb grams

and menu ideas can be found on the internet. If you are interested in The

computers with internet access that you can use for free to look up
