Atkins Diet Induction – The Beginning Of The New You
Atkins diet induction is like boot camp for dieters, the rules are very
restrictive and the things learned can save your life. While on this phase
of the Atkins diet you’ll learn how to choose the right foods and develop
healthy eating habits to follow the rest of your life. For the first two
weeks of induction, at least, the Atkins diet allows you to eat lots of
meat, fish, eggs, cheese, butter and cream, and very little else besides
green leafy vegetables. The Atkins induction diet has 12 rules to help

Absolutely no
fruit, bread, pasta, grains or dairy except cheese, cream and butter, and no
nuts or seeds the first two weeks. While in the induction phase of the
Atkins diet, eat nothing that isn’t on the acceptable food list. Drink at
least 8 glasses of water a day. You also need to take the nutritional
