  • 4oz cream cheese

Crust: mix crushed almonds and softened butter to a pasty consistency. Press into pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until crust is browned. Set aside to cool.

Filling: Whip heavy cream with 3 packets of sweetener until stiff. Fold in the rest of the ingredients. Blend gently, but mix thoroughly. When all ingredients are mixed, pour into crust and refrigerate for 1-3 hours before serving. There are 6-8 gram carbs per slice.
